1/14/2010      One Practice the Week of Nationals

For the week of Nationals(1-18 thru 1-20) we will be having only ONE Practice on Monday,Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:45. These practices are for Open and Novice wrestlers. Wednesday's practice is only voluntary if you need an extra practice or need to check your weight before Nationals.
